Mock drill for Earthquake

At the end of April, Gamru Village School conducted a mock drill on earthquake preparedness to raise awareness and ensure student safety during emergencies. Teachers guided students on precautionary measures and demonstrated correct actions to take during an earthquake to help save lives.

The drill included practical training sessions where students learned simple yet effective safety steps, such as safe evacuation procedures and protective positioning. Both staff and students actively participated in the exercise.

This mock drill provided much-needed awareness and preparedness, reinforcing the importance of safety training and emergency readiness within the school environment.
